Secure the Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective wrappings are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned sports gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
